Winter is coming, and you will be there in the thick of it with this Telltale Games adventure series based on George RR Martin’s hit fantasy novel series. Fans may come to Game of Thrones after loving the TV series or books, but Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series a particularly unique take on GoT, with a unique graphic style and the familiar Telltale branching story-path gameplay. The games are not meant to be an entry point into the Game of Thrones world — those up on events through the third book in the A Song of Ice and Fire novels or the third/fourth/fifth seasons of the TV series will find huge spoilers across these episodes, so come prepared. That said, the tragic story of House Forrester is fertile ground to set a video game story, and players can expect to visit familiar locations such as King’s Landing and Ironrath as well as meet iconic characters (voiced by the TV series counterparts) from the Game of Thrones saga.
